PBS started off as a performance management consultation business, focusing on Employee Performance Management. Since 2000 we’ve aligned our standards on the Balanced Scorecard framework and have developed our own set of Performance Management standards.

With our core competency on Employee performance and development, we have developed a state-of-the-art web-based system that enables our clients to perform online assessments and self-service capabilities. Today our system is a fully integrated Human Capital System, focusing and Performance Management and all HR functions.
