Service Offering
PBS see themselves as the strategic partner to all their clients, and although
it would be possible for PBS to facilitate and manage the total performance
management system on an outsourced basis, we strongly believe and recommend an
approach of rapid skills transfer and Client training and development. It is
proposed that the assignment be executed in a phased approach.
